Physical Education

Physical Education is a learning laboratory in which children are involved in the important task of learning to move and learning through movement.  The primary objective of the physical education program is not fun, although fun is a worthy by-product of good physical education, just as it is a desired by-product of all good education.  The term “education” means to lead forth.  Physical education is that aspect of the educational process in which there is both education of the physical and education through the physical.
