Bethany's Band program is offered to students in grades five to eight. Beginning Band is an after school program which meets once a week. Beginning musicians learn the basics of their instrument, learn to play in a group, and hone their ability to read music.
Trombones, trumpets, flutes, clarinets, saxophones, and percussion blend to create simple tunes. Bethany Band program begins in September and concludes in May with a performance at our fourth quarter Honor's Assembly.
Students are encouraged to try all sorts of activities-- from basketball to band to chapel choir. Such diverse experiences help your child to build self-confidence and skills which will last a lifetime.
